JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. The Facilities Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of facilities management across the portfolio (National).
Requirements
- Assist team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives to meet KPI
- Manage key stakeholder trackers via excel & engage in communication and relationship coordination
- Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office / facility within the Corrigo.
- Analytic thinking to improve processes.
- Ensure strong communication, connection and support with stakeholders.
- Provide direction / information to vendors, FM team and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination / execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption
- Properly and effectively administer and maintain all systems
- Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting
- Assist with anticipating, researching, analysing and reporting on budget variances explanations.
- Schedule and conduct site inspections for multiple sites as required.
- Basic knowledge of what compliance means within property aspect.
