Facilities Coordinator

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage day-to-day facility operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and serve as the primary liaison between building occupants, service providers, and facility management to ensure smooth building operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of facilities coordination or building operations experience
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with facility management software and Microsoft Office suite
