Job Description
The Facilities Coordinator assists the Facilities Manager in coordinating and executing daily facility operations, ensuring smooth delivery of facility services and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role involves daily operations support, vendor coordination, administrative tasks, customer service, and project support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Facilities Management, Property Management or customer service field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
