Facilities Coordinator

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager in delivering comprehensive services to operate and maintain properties. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Facilities Manager to oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services while maintaining client satisfaction and supporting programs to increase customer satisfaction. This role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity
• Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives
• Basic knowledge of building systems including mechanical and electrical systems
• Computer proficiency with ability to utilize various software platforms and systems for facility management operations
