The Facilities Coordinator assists the Facilities Manager in coordinating and executing daily facility operations, ensuring smooth delivery of facility services and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Facilities Management, Property Management or customer service field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Knowledge of work order management systems or CMMS
