Job Description
JLL is seeking a Facilities Engineer to join their team in Kulim, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operation of Building Management Systems (BMS) and other technical systems across multiple sites. The role will involve working with local site teams and vendors to resolve maintenance and repair issues, as well as ensuring that all systems are operating within safe ranges. The Facilities Engineer will also be responsible for generating reports and verifying alarm parameters on a regular basis.
Requirements
- 2 years' experience in process engineering or BMS control systems
- Data analysis management ability
- Willing to work a 12-hour shift pattern
- Emotional Intelligence and IT oriented
- Confident communicator
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical/ I&C Engineering
- Competence in BMS application and operations
- Good communication Skills & interpersonal skills
- English Language to level 3-4 required
- Good knowledge in MS office & Mail communication
- Team player & quick learner attitude
- Committed execution capability and should have sound knowledge in handling service partners
