We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Australia Post account team. The role involves delivering superior facilities management services across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client service delivery. The successful candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in corporate real estate or facilities management, and tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities, or Trade-related fields are desirable.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate real estate or facilities management
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities, or Trade-related fields (desirable)
- Strong aptitude for interpreting and analysing numerical data with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management
- Understanding of technical property aspects (CRAC, chillers, fire protection, mechanical & electrical systems, BMS) (advantageous)
- Experience in front and back office processes with strong administration skills
- Excellent customer service focus with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience with client reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and managing activities using various systems
- Current and valid Driver's Licence (travel to sites required)
- Availability for 24-hour call out/contact as facilities management involves reactive and routine maintenance
