Job Description
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. As a Facilities Executive - Soft Services, you will oversee the property's day-to-day operations, ensure administrative functions and facility services are covered, and strive for continuous improvement. You will work with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager, prioritize facilities' needs, and manage supply and service contracts.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel management / Graduate with Building management experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in facilities management
- Solid background in team management
- Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of facility / building / property operations
- Good working knowledge in occupational safety
- Aptitude in client-centric operations
