JLL is seeking a Fuels Manager to oversee the operation of process equipment and support the Powertrain Lab. The role involves managing fuel operations, spare parts inventory, and maintaining equipment. The Fuels Manager will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the Tank Farm and Fuels buildings and other central systems. The role requires strong communication, detail-oriented skills, and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
- Three plus years of facility management and automotive manufacturing, or industrial experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with shift supervisors and maintain spare parts inventories
- Knowledge of fuel operations, including tank farm operations, reporting, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to oversee routine and regulatory preventative maintenance
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and data collection
- Ability to utilize Pre-Task Planning Methods and layer audits
- Ability to coordinate employee PTO/vacation scheduling and coverage
- Ability to maintain employee training schedules and records
