Job Description
Lead Building Engineer role at JLL involves operating, maintaining, and repairing facility equipment on all HVAC systems, performing daily/weekly work assignments, and maintaining, operating, and repairing all HVAC systems and associated equipment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, technical training or degree
- Universal EPA / CFC license
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering
- Knowledge of overall system design and applications
