Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of previous customer service or hospitality-related experience
• Proven ability to create experiences that go beyond expectations
• Flexibility and a positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities
• Excellent communicator with the ability to interact professionally through spoken and written word
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Working knowledge of a range of information technology tools and platforms
