Job Description
The Maintenance Manager position will lead a multi-site team of maintenance associates, ensure a safe working environment, and develop innovative solutions to difficult problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 5+ years' experience in the distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent experience in the mechanical or electrical field
- Six Sigma Certification
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles
