As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead a multi-site team of maintenance associates, develop and design innovative solutions to difficult problems, and ensure a safe working environment for all.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in the distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent experience in the mechanical or electrical field
- Six Sigma Certification
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
