Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic job at JLL involves ensuring operational excellence of assigned facilities by supporting inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, conducting facility inspections, and executing general interior maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1-3 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing with ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process.
• Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb up to 30-foot ladders, and perform frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving.
• Proficiency in utilizing CMMS systems for work order management and documentation.
• All required licenses as mandated by the authority having jurisdiction and completion of all scheduled safety trainings.
