Maintenance Mechanic

JLL is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to support the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment across assigned facilities. The successful candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, conduct facility inspections, and ensure safe and comfortable environments for occupants.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, or construction-related trades
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, basic electrical work, and plumbing fundamentals
• Construction knowledge including carpentry, painting, and general building repairs
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Valid state driver's license with ability to maintain licensure
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 feet, with frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
