Job Description
Facilities Maintenance Mechanic (Plumber) role at JLL, responsible for performing general maintenance activities with a focus on plumbing systems and building equipment. 3rd shift opportunity.
Requirements
- Valid State of Michigan Plumbers license
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Demonstrated experience in general facilities maintenance and repair
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in various environments including outdoors, mechanical rooms, and potentially extreme weather conditions
