Job Description
JLL is seeking a highly motivated and technically inclined individual to join their team as a Maintenance Technician. In this entry-level position, the individual will provide support in the operation, inspection, and light maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
- Trade school, union training, military service or college is desirable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive
- Strong customer service skills
