Maintenance Technician

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. The role involves responding to work orders, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation of completed maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or related field
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret basic equipment manuals, work orders, and safety procedures
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in varying environmental conditions
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to respond to emergency situations and work flexible hours when needed
