Maintenance Technician & Chemical Handler

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician & Chemical Handler to join our team at JLL. This role involves advanced technical expertise in facility maintenance and specialized chemical handling responsibilities in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will maintain critical building systems, ensure safe receipt and disposal of hazardous chemicals, and provide best-in-class customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience handling hazardous materials
• Knowledge of chemical safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Effective use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel), CMMS, and internet-based software
