Job Description
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. The Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician will operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain most efficient operating results and life expectancy.
Requirements
- Operates, inspects, and maintains all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities
- Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas
- Maintains, operates, and repairs all HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds, and production equipment
