Job Description
The Mobile HVAC Service Technician performs comprehensive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services across multiple commercial properties within an assigned territory. The role requires expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems while maintaining JLL's high standards of client service and operational excellence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Universal EPA/CFC certification (required)
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
