Multi-Skilled Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at a high-profile site in London, GBR. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and contributing to the smooth operation of the facility.

Requirements

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using the site's CAFM system.
• Liaise with site management and contractors to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.
