Occupancy Planner

As an Occupancy Planner at JLL, you'll play a critical role in optimizing clients' workspaces by developing site and campus-level planning solutions. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact how organizations utilize their physical environments, creating workspaces that enhance productivity and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong relationship building and customer service skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in space planning scenarios
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS systems and space data management
• Understanding of tactical planning principles and workplace standards
• Familiarity with AI tools and integrating them into workflows and deliverables
