Job Description
JLL is hiring an Operating Engineer to perform hands-on operations and maintenance work in research facilities and critical environments. The role requires strong technical expertise, formal conduct of operations skills, and flawless execution in high-risk environments with exceptional customer service expectations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- All Local 94 necessary certifications/licenses
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 4+ years of experience in critical environment operations, maintenance, and/or engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical and HVAC trades
- Minimum 4 years of experience with backup systems (generators and UPS)
