Project Manager responsible for managing multiple projects, establishing project budgets, and coordinating project deliverables. Must have high familiarity with project management and be able to validate and oversee deliverables produced by team members.
Requirements
- Contribute independently to project tasks with little guidance from senior team members
- Validate and oversee deliverables produced by Project Coordinators and Assistant Project Managers
- Manage between 3-5 projects at various stages
- Establish project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget
- Establish a detailed overall project programme with clear milestones and objectives
- Prepare PCG reports and attend PCG meetings as required
- Chair weekly project meetings and ensure timely issuance of meeting minutes and agendas
- Prepare RFP, scope writing, and tendering for Consultants
- Lead value engineering, buildability analysis, and contract administration
- Implement and maintain JLL Health Safety and Environmental systems
