Project Manager- Construction

The Associate Project Manager will manage project activities from initiation through completion, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, tracking milestones, managing budgets, and maintaining documentation in accordance with client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software like Procore
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
