Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support and assist with day-to-day project management activities. The position involves working with internal and external stakeholders, and the successful candidate will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. The role is a hybrid position with onsite expectations every Weds & Thurs in Rosemead, CA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle construction project management experience
• Ability to prepare and track budgets
• Understanding of technical requirements for a business relocation, construction, and renovation projects
• Able to adapt and prioritize meeting deadlines in a fast-paced team or an independent environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
