The successful candidate will take total responsibility for the effective management of all phases of projects from initial establishment to handover, commissioning and project closure.
Requirements
- Degree in Project or Construction Management or related Services discipline with 2+ years' experience
- A trade qualification and 4+ years' experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management
- Some project experience in the data centre sector, multi sector experience will be positively assessed
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of planning approval pathways
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of project delivery methods, and commissioning
- Experience with ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 standards
- Commercial negotiation skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and foster repeat business
