Project Manager, Retail Construction

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role for Retail Construction Projects Team and will be directly responsible for supporting the delivery of challenging Retail projects for a financial services client.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed.
