QA/QC Manager

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control operations for infrastructure projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will ensure all project deliverables meet specified quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations while maintaining compliance with Saudi Arabian construction codes and international quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional certifications such as CQM, CQE, or equivalent quality management credentials preferred
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in QA/QC management, with at least 5 years in infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in Saudi Arabian construction market and familiarity with local regulations
• Experience with roads, highways, bridges, water networks, sewerage systems, or similar infrastructure
• Thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and testing procedures
• Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001) and implementation
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code, SASO standards, and international codes (ASTM, BS, ACI)
• Familiarity with contract administration and claims management
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
• Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office applications
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
