Requirements

• Deliver an outstanding internal and external visitor experience
• Act as the key liaison with building management, security teams, and reception to support smooth daily operations
• Provide onsite support for security-related activities
• Oversee soft services vendors and coordinate with maintenance providers
• Manage quotes, client approvals, and raise purchase orders for above-baseline services
• Support workplace operations including internal moves, space changes, and event setup
• Manage mailroom operations, deliveries, supplies, and resolve day-to-day facility requests
