Join JLL's elite Capital Markets team as a Senior Analyst in Debt Advisory, working with Executive Directors and Co-Heads to execute complex finance transactions in Australia and New Zealand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related discipline
- Proven experience in real estate finance in a Bank, Fund or Advisory role (3-5+ years)
- Excel proficiency with strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
