Senior Leasing Manager

JLL is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to drive exceptional leasing performance for premium Build to Rent residential properties. The role involves developing and implementing leasing strategies, executing dynamic pricing, and overseeing the leasing journey. The successful candidate will have a technical understanding of building construction trades and previous experience in leasing or a related field. The role is based in Brisbane, QLD.

• Technical understanding of building construction trades, defects, maintenance, and tender service contracts
• Previous experience within leasing role
• Strong administrative skills
