As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will lead and deliver challenging projects for a financial services client while utilizing your expertise and skills to oversee projects and ensure the successful delivery of Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from $1M to $100M+.
Requirements
- 7-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate Interiors
- Experience in managing multiple diverse types of Corporate Interiors projects, varying from $5M to $50M+ in size
- Ability to manage 8-12 projects at a time
- Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and follow through on complex procedural requirements with experience working within formalized systems and methodical approach to work
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
