JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as a Team Lead within its Project & Development Services group. The successful candidate will act as the primary client interface, translating business priorities into actionable project plans while managing their own portfolio of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive project management experience in corporate real estate, facilities, or construction
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with budgets exceeding [insert threshold]
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with senior-level stakeholders
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising project management teams
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
