Support technical facility operations in shifts across three buildings for The Client at Powai Mumbai, performing maintenance, coordinating vendors, and enforcing health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 5+ years or BE/BTech with 3+ years technical FM experience
- Technical expertise in facilities/engineering operations, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance
- Good reporting, documentation, teamwork, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and FM tools
