Supervisor de Manutenção

JLL is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the supervision and monitoring of all operations and building installations, managing technical teams, controlling SLAs and KPIs, and ensuring the efficient execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher (minimum 7th semester)
• At least 10 years of experience in building installations and maintenance of HVAC equipment
• Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Knowledge in building electrical systems
• Knowledge in large HVAC equipment (VRF, Chiller, cooling towers)
