Sustainability Integration Manager

Sustainability Integration Manager role at JLL, working with a high-profile client to develop and implement sustainability and net zero strategy across EMEA, focusing on sustainable portfolio strategy and design & construction processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in architecture, engineering, environment, sustainability or related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in the sustainability field, ideally within corporate real estate or the built environment
• Proven track record in sustainable portfolio strategy and/or design & construction sustainability
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of green building standards and energy performance assessment
• Passionate about sustainability and making a real impact
• Experience in influencing partners for shared outcomes
• Experience program managing multiple and complex workstreams
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast paced environment
• Being able to deal with change quickly and going with the flow in consensus of the wider group
• Strong interaction with people and can establish relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborative, hands on approach, getting involved, leading but also being able to listen to group consensus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in written and numeric work
• Ability to obtain buy-in and engagement from employees at all levels
