Technical Services Manager

As a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering superior technical services overseeing all operations of all building systems, ensuring they run efficiently, safely and cost-effectively. The role involves managing a team of 5 technical services team members, providing outstanding client service, and leading, monitoring and mentoring to effectively control technical services activity.

Requirements

• Minimum 09 years experience in engineering or technical services delivery in a facilities management environment
• Minimum of five years experience in managing a contract of works
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety requirements and improvement initiatives
• Degree or a professional qualification in Engineering / Technical Services would be an advantage
• Impeccable people skills
