Technical Supervisor

JLL is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead the on-site facilities maintenance and engineering team at a prestigious Central London site. This role is pivotal in delivering a best-in-class maintenance service and ensuring the building's infrastructure is safe, efficient, and resilient.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in a facilities maintenance supervision role, preferably within a corporate or high-end commercial environment
• Strong, hands-on technical background in MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Demonstrable experience managing an in-house team of multi-skilled engineers
• Proficient in using Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems for work order management and reporting
• Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC/HND in a building services discipline) are highly desirable
