Job Description
JLL is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to lead day-to-day facilities operations for an assigned client location in downtown Seattle. The role involves overseeing daily facilities operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring exceptional workplace experiences.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in workplace services, facilities management, or related role
- Knowledge of facility operations, systems, and service delivery models
- Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts
- Proficiency with facilities management systems and service request platforms
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels
- Background in project coordination and implementation
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
