Workplace Coordinator

JLL is hiring a Workplace Coordinator to assist in the delivery of day-to-day facility operations, services, and maintenance activities at assigned locations. The role involves managing client stakeholder relationships, providing support to guests and employees, and resolving problems associated with building services.

Requirements

• High / Secondary school, or equivalent pass, in English & Math’s or 5+ years related experience in a similar position
• Good written & oral communication skills, well-organized and with a demonstrated ability to co-ordinate, prioritize and manage under pressure
• Sound inter-personal / communications skills with adequate skills to perform required job functions with minimal supervision
