Workplace Coordinator

The Workplace Coordinator will assist with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk. They will provide hospitality and support for guests, visitors, and employees, resolve problems with building services, and work with internal departments to ensure high-quality completion of works.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
• High school degree or equivalent required, but a degree in a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels
