Workplace Experience Coordinator responsible for delivering an exceptional onsite workplace experience for Amgen personnel, guests, and partners. Coordinates daily customer service operations, event planning, space readiness, communications, and hospitality activities.
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience in hospitality, workplace experience, facilities coordination, or administrative support roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and basic office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment
- Ability to safely move throughout labs, offices, and manufacturing areas; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- High attention to detail and reliability in daily execution
