Mechanical Assembler

JLS is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to assemble and test robotic systems in a high-mix, low-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in mechanical systems and be able to read and interpret instructions, blueprints, and schematics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree or technical education is a plus
• 3+ years of related experience in the layout, assembly, and testing of mechanical systems
• Able to read and interpret instructions, blueprints, and schematics as required
• Industrial equipment experience (conduit, sensors, disconnects, etc.)
• Electrical experience is a plus
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical tools and equipment
• The ability to work with and understand electromechanical functionality
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
