Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Rang to join one of our 4 or 5-star hotels in the Austrian Alps. As a Chef de Rang, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and will be responsible for managing your own station, supervising Commis, and providing impeccable service to guests.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Study in hospitality
- Eye for detail and quality consciousness
- Stress resistance and ability to integrate into a team
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Love for service
- Good manners
- Well-groomed appearance
- Strong German language skills
- Excellent communication
