Thoroughbred Horse Groom

We're looking for a Thoroughbred Horse Groom to join a top-tier horse farm in Lexington, Kentucky. You'll feed, groom, and care for high-value horses, work alongside skilled vets and trainers, and be part of a tight-knit team doing real, physical work that matters.

Requirements

• previous experience of working with Thoroughbred horses
• comfortable and confident around large horses
• physically strong, dependable, and ready to work outdoors in all conditions
• strong team player with solid work ethic and can-do attitude

Benefits

• $16–17/hour
• Minimum 48 hours/week
