We are looking for a well-organized team player to serve as Office Manager Administration & Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel and payroll administration, administrative and secretarial support, order handling and logistics, and will work closely with management and colleagues within the organization.

Requirements

• HBO+ work and thinking level
• Experience with personnel and payroll administration
• Ability to well organize, plan, and prioritize
• Accurate work, stress resistance, and flexibility
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Proficiency in Dutch, English, and German is a plus
