Job Description
Lead the company's expansion and growth in China by acquiring retail and institutional clients, leveraging existing portfolio and network, and identifying local opportunities and partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Country Manager or Senior Business Development Manager in the Forex / CFD / Financial trading industry.
- Existing portfolio of active clients and/or IBs in China.
- Strong knowledge of the local Forex market, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
