We are looking for a Dutch Contact Center Agent to work in Greece. As a Contact Center Agent, you will answer incoming phone calls and emails and perform administrative tasks in customer service.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
- Experience with phone calls in customer service and/or healthcare sector
- Good PC skills and ability to work with different systems
- Empathetic, respectful, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Productive and result-oriented, with flexibility and adaptability
